Individual

Duo

Learn Dutch together with a partner, friend or colleague. Duo lessons are a fun way to learn, as you can practise together, learn from each other’s questions and support each other along the way.

Easy Dutch Online provides both single lessons and monthly subscriptions. If you plan to attend weekly lessons, opting for a monthly subscription is advisable as it offers a more cost-effective solution. With a monthly subscription, you pay three times the individual lesson price but receive four or five lessons per month, depending on your lesson day.

  • SINGLE LESSONS

    Scheduling and payment
    Single lessons are scheduled per one or two lessons at a time. Single lessons are to be paid within 10 days after the invoice issue date. This can be done by following the instructions in the invoice email.

    Cancellation by student
    No discounts or refunds will be given when a student cancels a lesson.

    Rescheduling is possible, but only when:
    ✔ 48-hour prior notice is given;
    ✔ The new appointment is at an agreeable time to all parties within 2 weeks before or after the original appointment.

    This must be done by sending an email to: info@easydutchonline.com.

    Any rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson, will result in the full lesson fee being charged.

    Single lessons must be planned within the same year of the invoice date. Any pending lessons after that year will consequently be lost.

    Cancellation by teacher
    In case the teacher cancels a lesson for which payment has already been made, that fee will be used for the following lesson or, if that is not possible, will be refunded in full.

  • MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

    Scheduling and payment
    The teacher will reserve a fixed time in her schedule for your weekly lesson(s). A fixed amount will be charged each month. Subscription fees are to be paid in advance by following the payment instructions given in the invoice email.

    Cancellation by student
    No discounts or refunds will be given when a student cancels a lesson.

    ✔ 24-hour prior notice is given;
    ✔ The new appointment is at an agreeable time to all parties within 2 weeks before or after the original appointment.

    When no immediate agreement is reached, the lesson will take place at the original scheduled time or will consequently be lost.

    Subscriptions can be cancelled or changed on a monthly basis if the teacher is notified before the 19th of the previous month.

    Cancellation by teacher
    In case of cancellation by the teacher, the cancelled lessons will be refunded on the next invoice with the equivalent discount.
